At Triveni Moorti Emporium, each sacred deity idol, temple sanctum, and artistic bust is individually hand-sculpted from authentic Makrana white marble by traditional master sculptors. Because our products are sacred religious artifacts carved to custom dimensions and postures, our cancellation and refund policies are structured with transparency, fairness, and mutual trust.
Milestone Approval Guarantee
We never dispatch an idol blindly. Clients receive high-resolution photographs and live WhatsApp video calls at every key stage—from rough marble shaping to facial expression detailing and 24K gold ornament leafing. The statue is packed and dispatched only upon your explicit final approval.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Before Stone Carving Begins (Within 48 Hours): If an order is canceled within 48 hours of initial advance payment and before the raw quarry marble block has been cut or sized, the advance deposit will be refunded in full minus nominal banking/payment gateway transaction charges.
- Cancellation After Marble Cutting / Chiseling Commences: Once master sculptors have begun cutting, roughing, or detailing the custom Makrana marble block to your requested dimensions, the advance booking amount becomes non-refundable, as the raw natural stone block has been irrevocably altered for that specific custom deity requirement.
2. Transit Damage & Insurance Replacement Guarantee
We provide a 100% Zero-Loss Protection Guarantee against transit mishaps:
- Every idol is covered under comprehensive marine and cargo transit insurance.
- Procedure in Case of Transit Damage:
- Record a continuous uncut unboxing video while opening the fumigated wooden crate and removing the high-density EPE foam.
- Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery by sending the unboxing video and clear photographs to +91-9509736616 or email.
- Upon insurance verification, Triveni Moorti Emporium will initiate either:
- Immediate Priority Replacement: Re-carving a brand-new idol with priority dispatch.
- Expert Restoration / Local Support: If the damage is superficial or repairable by a qualified local stone mason, all repair expenses are reimbursed.
- Full / Partial Refund: Processed directly to your bank account if replacement is mutually declined.
3. Return Policy for Sacred Religious Items
Due to the spiritual and ritual sanctity (Pavittrata) of sacred Hindu idols, consecrated statues, and customized home mandirs:
- Completed and delivered idols cannot be returned for arbitrary personal preference or change of mind once they have been approved on video and safely delivered without transit damage.
- Natural marble variations: Pure Makrana white marble is an authentic natural stone extracted from Rajasthan quarries. Subtle natural geological shading, crystalline quartz veins, or unique mineral textures are genuine hallmarks of 100% natural stone and are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
In all eligible refund cases (e.g., pre-production cancellation or confirmed transit insurance claim):
- Refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days of claim approval.
- The funds will reflect in the customer's original bank account, credit card, or payment channel within 7 to 10 business days, depending on bank clearing cycles.
