At Triveni Moorti Emporium, we treat every sacred idol and handcrafted marble temple with the highest reverence. We understand that transporting delicate, heavy natural stone sculptures across India and across continents requires specialized engineering, certified protective materials, and comprehensive transit insurance.
Zero-Damage Transit Guarantee
Every sacred idol dispatched from our Jaipur workshop is covered by 100% Comprehensive Transit Insurance and packed inside military-grade, custom-built wooden crates to ensure it reaches your home mandir or temple in pristine, unblemished condition.
1. Domestic Delivery (Pan India)
We deliver handcrafted marble statues to all states, Union Territories, cities, and towns across India.
- Transit Timeline: Typically 5 to 10 business days from the date of final workshop dispatch, depending on distance and local terrain.
- Logistics Partners: Dispatched via reliable express surface cargo providers and dedicated closed-container trucks specializing in heavy stone transport.

3. 4-Tier Protective Packaging Standards
To eliminate all vibration and transit stress, every idol undergoes an extensive 4-tier packaging protocol:
- Inner Soft Wrap: Multi-layer air-bubble film wrapped directly against the polished stone to protect fine facial carvings, mudras, and ornaments.
- High-Density EPE Foam Cushioning: Tailored shock-absorbing foam form-fitted around fingers, crowns, and delicate contours to absorb any roadway or marine shocks.
- Hermetic Moisture Barrier: Poly-stretch sealed barrier protecting the marble from oceanic humidity, dampness, and condensation.
- ISPM-15 Certified Wooden Crating: Heavy-duty heat-treated, fumigated timber crate with interior cross-bracing. Fully compliant with US CBP/USDA, Australian DAFF biosecurity, and European phytosanitary import laws for immediate customs release without quarantine delays.
4. 100% Comprehensive Transit Insurance
All shipments are insured against accidental total damage, loss, or breakage during transit from our workshop gate to your delivery address. In the rare event of transit damage, our insurance policy covers complete replacement carving or financial compensation.
5. Unboxing & Delivery Inspection Guidelines
To ensure insurance validity, clients are kindly requested to observe the following protocol upon receiving their crate:
- Inspect Outer Crate: Check the wooden crate exterior before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible external damage with the carrier.
- Record an Unboxing Video: A continuous, uncut video recording must be taken while opening the timber crate and removing the protective foam. This is required by marine and cargo insurance underwriters to process any accidental damage claim immediately.
- Notification Window: Report any concerns within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and clear photographs to our helpline.
6. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
- Domestic GST: All domestic deliveries include applicable Goods and Services Tax as per Indian laws.
- International Shipments: Handcrafted stone sculptures are generally subject to country-specific tariff codes (HS Code: 6802). Any local import duty, VAT/GST, or customs examination fee charged by the destination country's government is the responsibility of the consignee unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are explicitly contracted.
